A new app to take the guesswork out of client management

Imagine an app that can tell you what VAT scheme your clients should be on, whether they should incorporate, mis-postings by staff, what sales opportunities are available and how effective staff are, all based on the information from Xero with a couple of clicks? That’s what we have built at Hindsight.

Technology can be a blessing and a curse for businesses, particularly small firms. Yes, it’s made our lives easier on one level; on another, we expect to have instant access to client data to offer them support, and manage their expectations. In terms of bookkeeping and accounts, I’ve seen how the cloud has revolutionised many businesses. Now, it’s time to take it one step further.
