While it may seem like just a word, depending on your business or industry, it might be more appropriate to offer your customers a ‘Proposal’ or an ‘Estimate’, rather than a ‘Quote’, which has been the only option in Quotient up until now.

Now, you get to choose!

Accept Proposal

To make the switch, just go to Layout, Contact Info, Acceptance, where you can change it from ‘Quote’ to ‘Proposal’ or ‘Estimate’.

Changing this setting will update all past and future Quotes and all future customer emails. You may need to manually update some of the wording in your Email Templates if you’ve previously tweaked the defaults.

We’re here to help if you have any questions about switching to these new options.

Why leave it there?
