Safe to say, it has been a tumultuous two years. Throughout all of the ups and downs, one of the things we’ve missed most is coming together and celebrating our partner community. Which is why I’m excited to announce that we’re taking Xero Roadshow back on the road, live and in person for 2022.

From 15 February to 3 March, the team and I will be travelling to 17 major cities and regional centres across Australia, bringing accountants and bookkeepers from around the country together.

This new digital first environment we’re operating in brings countless chances for innovation and connection. However, following a challenging two years, the hard part can be knowing where opportunities exist and how to embrace them to the fullest. At next year’s events, we want to support you in unlocking the potential of what lies ahead. Which is why Roadshow 2022 is about optimism, opportunity and the power of connection – and we can’t wait to see you there.

Exploring the agenda

An inspiring day packed full of content and networking, Roadshow is your chance to get ahead on all things Xero and the industry at large. We’ll hear from our experts on everything from product enhancements through to bigger picture planning around industry developments and emerging tech trends.

Whether it’s unlocking growth in a post-COVID era, knowing the emerging industries to look for, or discovering how accounting and bookkeeping practices are embracing technology – whatever your focus, there’ll be a session for you. Xero experts will also explore what  government initiatives, like STP 2 and eInvoicing, mean for small business digitisation. We’ll take a deep dive into the Xero platform and ecosystem to help set your practice up for a new year (and beyond).

The agenda will have something for everyone, whether you’re just starting your journey with Xero or are a Xero veteran. With only one main stage, you’ll be able to see every presentation in the jam-packed three hour schedule (you can take a closer look at the full agenda here).

Making space for connection

After two years of virtual events, I’m looking forward to bringing people together. At Roadshow 2022, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network and – finally – catch up with your peers. We’re even bringing partners to the stage so you can hear from other accountants and bookkeepers on the topics that matter most – covering everything from powerful personal reflections to mastering app stacks and new ways of working.

We also recognise not everyone will be able to join us in person or that things may come up during the day which could make getting to an event a little tricky. But don’t worry, we’ll be hosting a condensed online event on Thursday 3 March so you can still tune in to Roadshow and hear the major announcements. Whichever way you attend, the Xero team and I are excited to see you there.
